How do i order?
Ordering online is easier than you think…You can either Search for, or select your chosen product using the category selectors to narrow down and find your appropriate product.
Once you have chosen your selected product, Make sure you have selected all the available options (if any) and filled in any required information fields (if any). Then simply add your item to your cart and follow the payment process.
How can i pay?
We currently only offer PayPal as an online method of payment. PayPal accepts most debit/credit cards, and no account is required!.we also accept bank transfers. If in doubt, Please do not hesitate to Contact us.
Can i expect any fees?
The price displayed is the price you pay. All Our fees are included within the prices displayed, However Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are customer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering.. General Delivery Information
Unless stated within the product description we offer FLAT delivery charge of £2.99 on all items.Usually orders are processed within 24 hours of cleared payment and we aim to update you throughout the order process.
Depending on stock our products will either be shipped from our UK warehouse or our suppliers warehouse within 3-5 Working Days. Each product has a warehouse location and delivery information within the description. although you can find our general delivery timescales listed below.
UK Delivery
Times Given as a Guide Only.UK > UK: 3-5 Working Days.
EU Delivery
Times Given as a Guide Only.UK > EU: 5-7 Working Days.
Other Delivery Locations
Times Given as a Guide Only.UK > Other : 7-14 Working Days.

Returns Information
Cancelling an order
In most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to an order.To add product to your order, please place a new order for these items.
To change details of your delivery address, remove items or cancel it completely; please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible, quoting your order number.
Returning an order
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or your item is defective, in most cases you can return your order up to 14 days from the purchase date. (14 days for downloadable products)We highly recommend you Contact Us to discuss any problems you may have and to discuss and arrange your return.
Take reasonable care of the items and do not use them. Send them back in the original packaging where possible.
Any items returned with missing/broken parts will not be refunded.
Once returned, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 14 working days.
Some item are "Sold as Seen" and Nonreturnable. These items will be stated in the products description.
Please note: we will not accept returns or issue refunds for items that you refuse to accept custom charges for. We do state clear on may occasions that charges may incur.
Downloadable Products
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if there is an error in the downloadable product, you can Contact Us for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the order confirmation email, as per our returns policy. Please note that the product will no longer be available from your ‘My Downloads’ if you signed in to a registered account when purchasing the downloadable product.Our Refund Policy runs alongside your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. Full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are available from your Local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or your Local Authority’s Trading Standards Office.
